These people are not your traditional consultants, but project providers that have specific expertise to help senior managers complete those projects that are important, but do not fit into the day-to-day schedules of your in-house staff.

We don’t have to tell anyone that reads these posts that business has changed. I think we all are a little shocked by how quickly the marketplace did change. This rapid and disrupting change shows how fragile our system is to things outside our control. Couple these ecomonic times with the accelerating changes of doing business in a globalized economy, and we have more uncertainty than any other time in recent history. Now, more than ever, it is imperative to take control of the things that you can control. Your ability to adapt will determine your viability for the future.
