Production Equipment Maintenance Area Manager– Performed extensive
equipment evaluation and characterization studies on plasma etch
equipment. Directed activities of equipment maintenance; equipment
upgrades to improve reliability and productivity. Hired exempt and
non-exempt personnel, completed work performance evaluations, trained,
and maintained morale and discipline for subordinates in a functional
area.
